SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic (within Sri Lanka):
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
International:
Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days.
Shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Gambette Ceylon has no control over these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. we recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. You may also visit duty calculation websites such as simplyduty.com.
Damages or Lost Packages
Gambette Ceylon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You should also contact us so we can assist you with the claim process.
ONLINE RETURNS
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our garments and the complexities of international shipping, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review our size guide carefully and ask any questions you may have before placing an order.
IN STORE PURCHASE
You are welcome to return your item(s) for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, as long as item(s) are unworn and in new condition with tags attached and receipt present.
No refunds are offered unless an item is faulty. In this case, a refund, exchange or store credit will be granted. Gambette Ceylon boutique credit is valid for 12 months and available for purchases in store only.

Our fabrics, such as linen, you may notice slight variations or minor imperfections. These are not flaws but a natural characteristic of the material.
We create our clothing in very small batches, and some pieces are truly one-of-a-kind. This means that even with the same size, the fabric and final look of a garment can vary slightly between different colors.
This ensures that each piece is as unique as you are.
