All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic (within Sri Lanka):
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
International:
Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days.
Shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gambette Ceylon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Packages
Gambette Ceylon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You should also contact us so we can assist you with the claim process.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our garments and the complexities of international shipping, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our fabrics, such as linen, you may notice slight variations or minor imperfections. These are not flaws but a natural characteristic of the material.
We create our clothing in very small batches, and some pieces are truly one-of-a-kind. This means that even with the same size, the fabric and final look of a garment can vary slightly between different colors.
This ensures that each piece is as unique as you are.
